Every engagement Veyron Citadel accepts is defined by a single architecture: a structural challenge of sufficient complexity, a principal with the authority to act on its resolution, and a closing condition, a confirmed, measurable shift in position that either occurs or does not.
There are no deliverables without accountability. No briefs without benchmarks. No engagement without a defined structural outcome that can be confirmed independently, by a named function, against a specific metric, on a specific date.
This is not a standard that Veyron Citadel imposes on engagements. It is the condition under which Veyron Citadel agrees to engage at all.
Three engagement tiers exist
Strategic Mandate
Single activation for a defined decision event. Veyron Citadel operates as embedded co-principal for the duration of the mandate. The engagement closes upon confirmed outcome delivery not upon submission of analysis.
Structural Partnership
Ongoing engagement across multiple mandate cycles. Veyron Citadel operates as a permanent private strategy partner present at the decision layer continuously, not episodically. Terms are defined between principals. No retainer framing. No service contract language.
Founding Partnership
Reserved for entities where Veyron Citadel's involvement reshapes competitive position across multiple domains simultaneously. Terms are defined exclusively between the Founding Principal and the counterpart's apex decision-maker. No standard protocol applies.
Confidentiality Standard: Absolute.
Every output is prepared exclusively for the apex decision-maker. Not for internal distribution. Not for board presentation without principal authorization. Not for public record. The mechanics of how Veyron Citadel reaches its conclusions do not appear in any deliverable because they are irrelevant to the outcome, and the outcome is the only thing being measured.
Contact is available at the principal level. Threshold conditions apply.
Initiate Contact
Veyron Citadel does not respond to service inquiries or general outreach. Contact is reserved for principals operating at the mandate threshold where a defined structural challenge requires a partner accountable to a confirmed outcome, not a delivered brief.
If that condition is met, direct contact is available.
